All prices listed are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are subject to change without prior notice. We make every effort to display accurate product information, but slight variations in color or design may occur due to photography and screen settings.

3. Orders & Payment

• Orders may be placed in-store, via WhatsApp, or through our contact form.
• Full or partial payment may be required to confirm custom tailoring orders.
• We accept bank transfers, card payments, and cash for in-store purchases.

4. Delivery

Delivery timelines vary based on location and product availability. Pinklady Enterprise is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services beyond our control.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Items may be returned or exchanged within 5 days of purchase, provided they are unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached. Custom-made and tailored items are not eligible for return unless defective.
